Can I return my print?
Our prints are custom made and unfortunately we can’t accept returns or offer refunds unless your poster arrived damaged, in which case we will send a new one.

We aim to provide you personalized products to capture your memories and thoughts, which means it can't be resold to another customer. 
However, we do have a "Happy customer-guarantee" so if you are not satisfied for some reason, please let us know directly and we will do everything we can to help you. 
If there for some reasons are any problem with your print or you simply have some questions, contact us and we will try to help you as fast as possible.

Can I change my order?
Up to 24 hours after you have placed your order we can make changes to it, contact us and we will help you.

I have a problem with my delivery, how do I handle it?
All product related problems or errors should be addressed to us directly when noticed and we will help you solve the problem.
